We are all about teaching and keeping the traditional art of handspinning alive in future and current generations.
On a usual day course we commence learning at 10am untill 1pm with an hour’s lunch break, (we will usually look at the animals and “talk shop”) continuing at 2pm untill 5pm. We do provide you with drinks throught the day with you only needing to bring a packed lunch. You can book a tuition course for any day of the week by giving us a call.
If you’re making a long journey to come and learn with us, you might want to divide the course over a couple of days. We have some lovely B&Bs in the nearby village, there is even the market town of Newark or the cathedral city of Lincon, both of which are nine miles from Spalford.
